1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Underwear and swimwear

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, email support@chiclayersstep.shop to request a return label.
  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs unless the item was defective.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company and bank.
