Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
2. Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Underwear and swimwear
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
5. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, email support@chiclayersstep.shop to request a return label.
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs unless the item was defective.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company and bank.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@chiclayersstep.shop.
